Patacones

Patacones is a dish that is made of green bananas. It is served as a side dish or as a snack between meals.

The method of preparation:

  1. Create a container with water, garlic and salt, after your taste.

  3. Fry them in oil. Bake until a they gain a bit of darker yellow color. Remove them from the oil.

  5. Dip the now flattened banana in the water with the garlic and salt.
